1. Acceptance & Eligibility
General- By accessing or using Book4Me (website, app, or service), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
- You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or possess legal parental/guardian consent to enter into binding agreements.
- If you are using the platform on behalf of a salon business or entity, you warrant that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms.
2. Account Registration & Security
Account- You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and OTP verification codes.
- You agree to immediately notify Book4Me support if you suspect unauthorized access or security breaches on your account.
- Book4Me reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide fraudulent, false, or abusive details.
3. Appointment Booking & Slot Lock Rules
Bookings- Bookings created on Book4Me reserve a dedicated time slot with selected salon and beauty service providers.
- When selected, 'Slot Lock' features hold your appointment exclusively for you during the designated window.
- Customers must arrive at the salon at least 5 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment time.
- Arriving more than 10-15 minutes late without prior salon notification may result in slot forfeiture or rescheduling at salon discretion.
4. Cancellations, No-Shows & Rescheduling
Cancellations- Customers may cancel or reschedule appointments through Book4Me up to 1 hour prior to the scheduled slot time without penalty.
- Cancellations made within 1 hour of appointment or unexcused no-shows impact account reliability ratings.
- Repeated no-shows (3 or more) within a 30-day period may temporarily disable advance online slot booking capabilities.
- If a salon partner cancels an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, Book4Me will notify you immediately and assist with priority re-booking.
5. Payments, Platform Fees & Pricing
Payments- Service rates, packages, and taxes displayed on Book4Me are determined by individual partner salons.
- Payments can be settled online via supported UPI/Card/Netbanking options or paid directly at the salon (Pay-at-Shop) unless pre-payment is explicitly required.
- Any convenience or platform fees applicable to instant slot locks will be transparently itemized prior to booking confirmation.
- Refunds for eligible cancelled online payments are processed to original payment methods within 3–7 business days.
6. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use
User Conduct- Users agree to treat salon staff, stylists, and fellow patrons with dignity, courtesy, and respect.
- You agree not to post fake reviews, spam booking requests, or use automated software/bots to harvest platform data.
- Harassment, abusive language, discrimination, or damage to salon property will result in immediate permanent account termination and potential legal action.
7. Salon Partner Standards & Liability
Service Quality- Book4Me functions as a technology discovery and booking marketplace connecting customers with independent salon businesses.
- While Book4Me enforces strict onboarding standards, service quality, hygiene, health outcomes, and salon treatments are the sole responsibility of the service provider.
- Any disputes regarding salon services, hair treatments, or cosmetic results should first be addressed directly with salon management.
8. Intellectual Property & Rights
Legal- All logos, trademarks, UI designs, code, brand names, and original content on Book4Me are the property of Book4Me and parent entity.
- Users may not copy, reverse engineer, scrape, or distribute platform branding or source code without explicit written authorization.
9. Data Protection & Communications
Privacy- Your privacy is critical to us. We collect minimal personal data required for booking confirmation, SMS/WhatsApp notifications, and account management.
- By booking an appointment, you consent to receiving essential operational communications (booking receipts, time slot reminders, status updates).
- We do not sell user data to third-party ad networks. Full details are outlined in our Privacy Statement.
10. Limitation of Liability & Law
Legal- Book4Me is provided on an 'as-is' and 'as-available' basis without warranties of uninterrupted availability.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, Book4Me shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from salon appointments.
- These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, under the jurisdiction of courts in Surat/Bardoli, Gujarat.
11. Terms Modifications
Updates- Book4Me reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Significant changes will be announced on the platform or via email/app alerts.
- Continued use of Book4Me after updated terms take effect constitutes full agreement to the revised conditions.
